Once you have logged into your Converge account, you will see the Account ID located at the top left corner of the website.

Once you have logged into your Converge account, you will see the User ID located at the top left corner of the website.

To access the User menu options, click User

Click on Change PIN
Change PIN Length to 6 then click on Change PIN. Under PIN will be your specific PIN for that specific User ID.

To access the Terminal menu options, click Terminal

Click on Terminal again
At the very bottom of the Terminal Options you will see Transaction Entry Options.
If this is Enabled you will see the text "Enable HTTPS Transaction" as shown in the image below.

At the very bottom of the Terminal Options you will see Tokenization.
If this is Enabled you will see the text "Enable Tokenization" as shown in the image below.

This can be found in your Account Settings
To access the Account menu options, click Account.

Then we need to access API Login ID and Transaction Key under the Security Settings, click API Login ID and Transaction Key.
In the middle of the page you will see your API Login ID as shown below.

This can be found in your Account Settings
To access the Account menu options, click Account.

Then we need to access API Login ID and Transaction Key under the Security Settings, click API Login ID and Transaction Key.

This can be found in your Account Settings
To access the Account menu options, click Account.

Then we need to access Password-Required Mode under the Security Settings, click Password-Required Mode.
Un-check the box that states "Require Password for ALL Transactions", then hit Submit.

This can be found in two places, the left side menu under Tools on the home page or by pressing the Customer Information Manager ( CIM ) button on the home page.
To access the Customer Information Manager to check if this is on or off, click Customer Information Manager.

If this doesn't look like the following below, please follow the nessecary steps to turn on Customer Information Manager in your account.
Reminder: This service is free in Authorize.net.

This can be found in your Settings
To access the Settings menu options, click Settings.

Then we need to access Source Keys, click Source Keys.

Now we ask to add a new source key for our software by clicking Add Source.
Keep Allowed Commands all checked to avoid any issues in our software with your processing account. Than add a name for this source key. Example: Secure QB Plug-In. Than add a pin and click Apply.

Once apply has completed you will see the generated key which is your source key.
This can be found in your Settings
To access the Settings menu options, click Settings.

Then we need to access Source Keys, click Source Keys.

Since we have already created an source key, now all we have to do is click on the source key you just created.
Next is to grab your PIN you created when creating the source key.

This can be found on the main menu called "Customers"
To access the Customers, click Customers.

Once on Customers page and the page states "Feature Not Available" follow the instructions below, if not and you can see the customers page than you are good to go with this feature.

Your current service level does not include the feature "Customers and billing". Please contact customer service to upgrade your service to include this feature.
This is your 12 Digit Merchant Identifcation (Virtual Terminal ID) Number
Same as the login Virtual Terminal ID as shown below.

This is your 12 Digit Merchant Key
This information is submitted to you via email upon creating your merchant account.
As shown below.

This can be found in your Account Settings
To access the Account Settings menu options, hover over Configuration and select Account Settings.

Then make sure the check box for XML Web Services is checked as shown below.

This is the same username that you use to login to your Linked2Pay account.

This can be found in your User Info
To access the User Info, hover over your name on the upper right corner than click User Info on the list.

Next we need to make sure to enable Web Service is checked. This can be done by scrolling down to where it says Advanced Settings. Click to open the settings so this information is viewable. Once opened under Web Service Settings make sure the Enable Web Service is check as shown below.

Once Enable Web Service has been checked go ahead and click the Generate Web Service Access Key button as shown below.

This can be found by clicking Virtual Terminal on the left side panel, as shown below.

Second is to grab the name of your Saved Terminal listed in the drop down as shown below. This has to be exactly how the name is presented in the drop down. For example if there was spaces like Test 001 than you would grab all with the spaces.

Back-ups should be in 2 locations: Hard Drive and another location: CD, USB, Network Backup Drive, external Backup Drive, etc.
It is also good common practice for QuickBooks to not have your Company Files in the QuickBooks directory or in a common folder like “My Documents” or “Desktop”
